visionary vice principal to strengthen our leadership team and continue to shape the future of our college.
The college was founded in 1885 in buildings that date back to the 1500th century. It is one of the country's largest and oldest colleges – a vocational college as well
focus on architecture, design, visual communication and art. It is crucial for the school to always see the subjects in an international perspective, supported by a
exciting network of guest teachers and lecturers from home and abroad. The ambition for Krabbesholm High School is to be the best in Denmark
within his areas of expertise and at the same time work with them in a general education perspective.
Responsibilities of the position:
* Work closely with the Superintendent and the leadership team to formulate and implement strategies that advance the College's goals and values.
* Coordination of daily processes, including teaching, activities, internal communication and administrative functions.
* Mentoring and support for employees to promote a positive work culture and professional development.
* Contribution to the development of teaching plans and programmes.
* Approx. one third of your working time consists of teaching. The content
is organized based on your own expertise and profile.
Qualifications:
* Experience within the field of education, preferably with management.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage both staff and students.
* A deep understanding of the importance of artistic subjects for personal development and community involvement.
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle various tasks and
challenges with determination and professionalism.
